金鼠献瑞兆丰年。值此新春佳节来临之际，我谨代表网络电信全媒体平台编委会、编辑部的全体同仁，感谢广大
读者和业内同仁在过去的一年中对我们工作的大力支持！并向大家致以诚挚敬意和新春佳节美好的祝福！网络电信在
此祝大家在新的一年里，立足新的起点，迈上新的征程，开创新的辉煌！衷心祝愿各位朋友新春愉快、阖家欢乐、事
业兴旺、鸿运连连、鼠年大吉！
2019年是我国5G商用元年。在运营商、终端厂商、芯片厂商、行业应用解决方案提供商等各方的推动下，我国正
在努力探讨5G的杀手级应用,以促进5G的推进，力争在全球5G商用进程中处于前列。同时，5G发力建设将会给光纤光
缆、光模块、光传输等光通信上下游产业链带来新的机遇。随着5G网络大规模商用、大型数据中心建设、物联网等的
带动，以及几十年前建设的光缆面临更新换代，中国光通信未来市场将走出困境，未来2-3年将是中国光通信市场发展
再次复苏的机遇期。
在过去的一年中，网络电信携《“全球｜中国光通信最具竞争力企业10强竞争力报告”》持续参加了东南亚、欧
洲、北美、南美、中东、非洲等全球各地的国际性展会，影响力持续扩大。经过连续13年的海外参展及海外发行，全
球光通信产业通过第三方评价体系更加客观地认识了中国光通信企业的竞争力，竞争力评比结果已经在全球范围内为
业内同仁广泛认可。
2019年已是网络电信信息研究院从事全球|中国光通信企业竞争力评选的第十三年，该评选活动已成为需方采购招
标的重要参考，同时也是光通信行业审视自身发展的“体检表”。同时，“2019年全球|中国光通信发展与竞争力论坛
（ODC’2019）”与APC全球光纤光缆大会首次在上海同期举行，并获得圆满成功，在业内取得了非同凡响的效果和
影响力。
2020年，网络电信全媒体将通过中英文网站、电子周刊、移动终端版微杂志、微信、中文杂志、英文特刊、会议
论坛、国内外展会等众多平台持续不断地将光通信行业竞争力客观凸显，帮助企业以更稳重的姿态参与国际竞争。
虎啸龙吟展宏图，盘马弯弓创新功。在充满希望的2020年，愿我国通信行业各位同仁齐心协力、携手共进，抓住
5G商用这一有利的发展机遇期，全面开创我国通信业竞和有序、利国利民、共赢发展的新篇章！

The golden mouse gives promise of a fruitful year. On the occasion of ringing in the New Year, I, on behalf of all my colleagues in editorial
committee and department of Network Telecom, would like to express my sincere respect and best wishes for the New Year to our readers and
peers in this industry for your vigorous support for our work in the past year. At the same time, Network Telecom all media platform wish you
a happy New Year, a sweet family, a bright future, a booming business as well as good luck in everything!
2019 is regarded as the first year of China’s 5G commercial. Driven by such parties as operators, terminal manufacturers, chip manufacturers,
and industry application solution providers, China is trying to explore 5G killer application in order to promote 5G advancement and strive
to be in the forefront of the global 5G commercial process. Moreover, oncoming 5G construction will bring new opportunities to the upstream
and downstream industrial chain of optical communication such as optical fiber cable, optical module, optical transmission and so on.
With the 5G network large-scale commercial, large data center construction, Internet of things development, as well as the replacement and
upgrade of optical cable deployed several decades ago, China’s optical communication market will find a way out, and the next two or three
years will be the opportunity for optical communications market in China to recover again.

Over the past year, with the "Report on the Top 10 Most Competitive Global |Chinese Optical Communication Industries", the Network
Telecom all media platform continued to take part in the exhibitions held in the Southeast Asia, Europe, North America, South America,
Middle East, Africa and other regions in the world, exerting an increasing influence on this industry. After the participation in overseas
exhibits and circulations for thirteen consecutive years, our magazine has helped global optical communication industries acquire more
objective knowledge about China’s competitiveness in this field and the comparative results of competitiveness contributed by the magazine
have gained wide recognition from the peers in the industry around the world.
2019 has been the 13th year of the evaluation of Top 10 competitiveness enterprises in the optical communications field of Global & China
market by the Network Telecom Information Research Institute, and this activity has become an important reference for buyer's bidding as well
as a "health form" for this industry to examine its self development. In the meantime, the "2019 Forum for China’s Optical Communication
Development and Competitiveness (ODC’s 2019)" held in concurrently with APC Global Optical Fiber and Cable Conference in Shanghai for
the first time, whose perfect success has gained extraordinary recognition and had profound effect on the industry.
In 2020, Network Telecom all media will keep on its objective evaluation and presentation of the competitiveness in the optical communication
industries and help domestic enterprises to participate in international competition with a more confident attitude, by means of multiple
platforms, including the Chinese and English websites, electronic weekly magazines, micro-magazines on mobile terminals, public Wechat
account, Chinese magazines, special issues of English version, meetings, forums, and exhibitions inside and outside of China.
The hunter is bending his bow to ride on the crest of success. In the hopeful 2020, we wish that all our peers will work hand in hand to seize
the favorable 5G development opportunity, and fully open a new chapter of mutual benefit, win-win cooperation, prosperity and stability in
China's telecommunications industry!
